Working principle

The core structure of the platecoil conditioner is a group of parallel and vertically arranged heat transfer plates. The rapeseed flows vertically from top to bottom between the heat transfer plates at a uniform and controlled rate, and when the heating medium (hot water, hot oil, or steam) flows through the internal channel of the heat transfer plates, then the heat is transferred from the inside of heat transfer plate to the plates through indirect heat conduction. The rapeseed moves slowly from top down to ensure sufficient retention time to meet the required heat transfer.

* Vertical indirect heat exchange

Under the effect of gravity, the heated soybean slowly and gently passes between the heat transfer plates, which can effectively prevent it from breaking, abrasion or decomposition, and safeguard the performance and integrity of the particles.

*Large heat exchange area

The heat exchange area of platecoil conditioner of the same volume is twice as large as that of a traditional elliptical tube heat exchanger.

* Flow mode of media

The surface of the heat transfer plate is a professionally designed double-sided concave nest structure, so that water is forced to turbulence in the plate. The heat transfer plate has a high Reynolds coefficient, high heat transfer efficiency and low resistance drop.

* Pressure capacity

Traditional elliptical tubes have a pressure capacity of only 2Kgf, whereas heat transfer plates can hold up to 10kgf.

* Durability

* Heat transfer plate is fully welded using a gasket-less laser process with double welded edges to eliminate the risk of distortion and leakage.

* Heat transfer plate is placed vertically with a small feed contact area and the inside weld is 10mm from the edge, so there is no fear of wear and tear.

* Rapeseed flows on both sides of the heat transfer plate, the conveying process is slow and gentle, and there is no wear and tear on the surface of the heat transfer plate.

*Detachable

Each heat transfer plate inside the unit is individually numbered for filing and each plate can be extracted by removing the side panels, making maintenance easy and replacement quick.

* Uniform temperature field distribution

Rapeseed flow softly and steadily on both sides of the heat transfer plate, the temperature field is evenly distributed, and the temperature difference between the discharge temperature is small.

* Low risk of plugging

A special staggered layer design is used to lower the risk of clogging.
