The Platecoil double-embossed jacketed heat exchanger is easily installed on existing tanks and equipment, offering a cost-effective method for temperature maintenance. It can be manufactured to meet specific shape and size requirements, and is compatible with existing inlet/outlet piping, control systems, and support structures. Available in stainless steel and carbon steel. The inherent advantage of the double-embossed design is turbulence. This design ensures high turbulence is achieved even at low flow rates, significantly improving heat transfer efficiency. Tests prove that the Platecoil double-embossed heat transfer plate provides 15% higher heat transfer performance than single-embossed plates. The jacketed plate-type heat transfer plate is very suitable for temperature maintenance, but it is generally not the best method for heating and cooling. To enhance heat transfer, approximately 3mm of thermal mastic needs to be applied between the heat transfer plate and the equipment.
