Installation guidance and commissioning services

Solex technical service engineers and Chemequip technical service engineers trained by Solex have rich technical service experience and mastered the core technology of the equipment. During the installation phase of the equipment,end users or installation companies are able to quickly grasp the installation points of the equipment and complete equipment installation accurately, reasonably, and economically by  remote telephone or video installation guidance services, or on-site installation guidance during the installation phase of the equipment.

Usually after the installation of the equipment, before the first feeding of the production line, we will provide on-site commissioning services as agreed in the contract. During the commissioning stage, Canadian Solex technical service engineers and Chemequip technical service engineers trained by Solex will arrive at the project service site in advance according to the user's notice to guide the user's technical personnel to complete the commissioning of the project.

Onsite training

Solex Canada Technical Service Engineers and Solex trained Chemequip Technical Service Engineers will provide the following on-site training in accordance with the company's proprietary technical system and on-site training procedures:
* Structure, principle and process of the equipment
* Equipment installation, commissioning and start-up requirements
* Fault Detection and Handling

In addition, if your process or operating conditions change, or if your equipment needs to be upgraded, we are happy to support you with new training.

Expansion and capacity enhancement and process optimization and upgrading

We work with you to improve processes and operations, including cost reduction, waste heat recovery and ensuring the heat transfer capacity of your system. If you are planning a process change or want to get the best possible product heat transfer performance from Solex and Chemequip technology, we are here to help. By comparing your actual process data with calculations from our proprietary thermal modeling software, we can identify and rationalize your equipment's problems.

Our team can provide engineering and design services for equipment upgrades, plant expansions, changes in plant processes or operating conditions, etc. Chemequip can provide on-site guidance to ensure that the retrofit meets the needs of the process while minimizing the impact on existing equipment and plant structure. We will work with you to provide the best solution for your process needs, from program, to installation, to commissioning.

Spare-parts service

We are committed to utilizing high quality, brand new spare parts that are fully compatible with the original equipment design to meet your specific usage needs. Using spare parts certified by Canada Solex and Chemequip Industries will help keep your heat transfer equipment in top condition. The main spare parts are:
* Platecoil heat exchange
* Inspection window and Inspection hatch gaskets
* Metal Hoses and sealing components
* Pneumatic actuator and Pneumatic Positioner (Gate Feeder)
* Vibrating motor (Vibratory Feeder)
* Instruments such as level probes and temperature probes, evtc.
* Other components

In addition to replacing existing parts, Solex and Chemequip can provide design and manufacturing assistance for customized parts and complete modifications to original equipment, such as adding plate sets, replacing feed bins, replacing downcomers or even replacing entire equipment housings.

Customized services

Laser Welding Service: Chemequip is a laser welding manufacturing company certified to the high quality requirements within Solex Enterprises, with the expertise and specialized equipment required for laser welding work. We have 7 fully automated laser welding machines for high quality, efficient and consistent production.

Chemequip has decades of experience customizing Platecoil heat exchange for industrial heating and cooling. Platecoil heat exchange are available in all common corrosion-resistant stainless steels, the most prominent of which is the double sided bulging heat transfer plate, which features "bumps" on both sides for maximum of the heat transfer area. Depending on the application, product, pressure and temperature, Platecoil heat exchange require off-standard designs for material type, thickness, weld locations, fold line locations, weld joint locations and spacing.

In addition, the 23,000m2 intelligent manufacturing base and 1,500m2 design and R&D center in Xuancheng have advanced equipment and rich experience, and can also provide customized services such as cutting, rounding and testing.
