The Platecoil Falling Film Chiller is a low-temperature chiller that can cool water to 0-1℃. The special falling film structure of Platecoil cooling plates can be widely used for ice making and refrigeration processes. This efficient and safe refrigeration technology uses the gravity to rapidly cool the liquid to near freezing point by distributing the liquid across the entire outer surface of the Platecoil cooling plates and forming a thin film. The Platecoil Falling Film Chiller Evaporator is installed vertically in a stainless steel cabinet. The water enters from the top of the cabinet and is injected into the water distribution pan, which evenly distributes the water  to flow and fall on both sides of the cooling plates. The proprietary design of the Platecoil Falling Film Chiller provides greater cooling capacity and lower refrigerant pressure drop for the fastest and most economical cooling.
The Platecoil falling film ice maker can be regarded as a chiller with plate ice making function, its structure and principle are basically similar to the Platecoil falling film chiller.
