New catalytic hydrogenation reactors or polymerization kettles use Platecoil heat exchange technology instead of coils heat exchangers for cooling. The fluid medium inside the Platecoil heat exchange is highly turbulent to achieve a high heat transfer coefficient. The heat transfer area per unit volume is much higher than that of the coil heat exchangers, which achieves the maximum possible enhanced heat transfer purpose in the reactor with limited volume, breaking through the limitation of the single kettle volume of the traditional reactor.
Platecoil heat exchange can be processed with 304, 316L, 2205, SMO254 or Hastelloy alloy material, which can meet the needs of pressure resistance of 10Mpa, temperature resistance of 600°C and customized into special shapes.
