13X-HP Molecular Sieve

Howay 13X molecular sieve refers to the sodium molecular sieve with X-type crystal structure, it’s an alkali metal aluminosilicate. 13X molecular sieves can adsorb molecules with a critical diameter not more than 10Å. Howay 13X-HP molecular sieve is specially developed for on-site production of oxygen under the conditions of ultra-air pressure swing adsorption process.

13X-HP is a special oxygen molecular sieve for household/medical oxygen production with higher oxygen production purity, faster adsorption speed and longer service lifetime, which is an important breakthrough in molecular sieves in the medical industry.

13X-HP molecular sieve oxygen production principle: compressor (PSA) pressure adsorbs air and the air is pumped into the molecular sieve. The molecular sieve adsorbs nitrogen and carbon dioxide in the air, leaving only oxygen into the cylinder, and the oxygen is purified by high pressure through a high-pressure valve to adjust the concentration of the oxygen generators.
